Property is feeling worn. Flooring is popping up, gaps etc.Feels like it needs some refresh. With that said, the staff were amazing!! Could not say enough good things about the people working there.

The staff was nice and helpful, but I wasn't impressed with the room. There were lots of stains on the furniture and ware and tare. I was also surprised the hotel didn't offer a shuttle to the airport for the high price of the room.

The property is in a great location and in great condition. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. All the staff we interacted with were friendly approachable and professional. We were initially told the wrong room number, but this was very quickly resolved and we were given complimentary breakfast the following morning for the inconvenience. It was only a short walk into Savannah, to the bars and restaurants as well as the river. We didn't use the onsite parking, instead using the public parking lot behind the hotel. It was only $26 for 24 hours. As we were only staying one night we didn't get to experience all the facilities in the hotel, but if we are back in Savannah I would definitely look at booking here again

The hotel was in a great location and walkable to the sites we wanted to see. Parking was very easy and the parking attendants were great! The room was fine - strange layout with the bathroom/shower area and just a curtain dividing it from the rest of the room.
