"AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "

Burger my husband got smelled rotten sent it back still had to pay for it and the old guy running the breakfast was pretty rude to us after the burger was sent back so we ate elsewhere after that. Room was nice but there were ants coming out of the door jamb in the bathroom. Bed was one of the comfiest we had so far in italy tho. Location was up high so no good unless you have a car"

The staff is very friendly and helpful in getting everything arranged. The restaurant also can be recommended. There is not much around it so using tax or public transport is necessary. But doing tours to Pompeii, Herculaneum or Capri is not a problem"

Great location if you’re happy to take a short train ride in to town - it’s easy once you figure out that the line 2 “metro” is really a local train service from a normal looking overground station about 5min walk from hotel. Only downside is I didn’t find many restaurant options locally, but you could eat in town and get train back, they are very frequent."
