The hotel was really nice and the service also was outstanding. At the front desk people were very friendly and very nice. They would unswear all the questions and will give an advise/suggestions. The only thing that I didnt liked was the smoking area that was on the front yard and on a porch.

Front desk staff were excellent, especially the young man who checked us in. My only issue was that the outlet next to the bathroom mirror didn’t work, which made using the hairdryer a little challenging, it was a minor inconvenience as we were only there for one night.

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel, central location and very friendly staff. I was about to check in early and wait in the reception after an overnight bus ride. My room was clean and comfortable, there is a safe in the room. Breakfast was nice buffet style with rolls and cakes. Good location for tours to pick up and drop off.

The hotel had a wonderful little Court yard to sit in. The breakfast was good. Happy to have had fresh fruit salad in the mornings. Plenty of baking offered. Would have been nice to have some meat and cheese. Fresh orange juice and yogurt shakes we also nice. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We stayed in one of the older rooms. It was right in space. A bit tired. But clean and a very comfortable bed.

This is a good budget hotel for anyone that doesn’t need or want a lot of amenities. We didn’t like the locked front entrance, even for guests leaving (seems like a security hazard), and the WiFi was not up to par compared to nearby hotels. No elevators meant we lugged our suitcases up three levels, which isn’t a big deal but still seems a little weird. The rooms were clean but outdated. In the end we left after one night and went to another hotel 2 blocks away. Just wasn’t for us.

I’d definitely stay again
This was a great hotel and I would definitely stay again if I am in Mendoza. The rooms are nice, there’s a communal garden and terrace. Breakfast was basic but fine. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The location is ideal, just a couple of blocks from the square

Great place to stay with amazing staff
The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was nice but very very hot when we arrived. My only complaint is that the have a 10 am check time and it was very expensive to extend to 1230.

Extremely noisy place, close to a noisy street. They put table and chairs beside the window rooms and people keep talking (and smoking) late at nite or early in the morning without the right to sleep quietly. Cleanliness is not too good and the housekeeper messed in our open suitcases every single day. We still do not know if something is missing. Breakfast is very poor, just "bread", "yogurt" and bad warm coffee (not hot) . No fruits, eggs or anything healthy. Everything GLUTEN. They provided rice cookies as a gluten free option

I'm not sure this place qualifies as "boutique" but it's a cozy and comfortable hotel nonetheless. The front desk staff are wonderful, rooms are basic but comfortable.

Great location and helpful staff
The place is very clean and very close to the main strip of restaurants. The staff spoke English very well and were extremely helpful when we locked our keys in the car. He called a locksmith for us and within an hour we had them back.

Great staff
We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The staff were multi lingual and excellent help. The room was large and comfortable with good air conditioning and a decent enough time shower. Small areas of the bathroom could do with some a little touch up here and there to make it a near perfect stay. It’s located centrally within walking distance of everything you’d want/need.

Very satisfied with our stay of two nights.
Best part of the hotel was the wonderful English speaking Lobby Staff. They booked me Wine & City tours at a very short notice and perhaps at much lower than the market published prices.Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Small, clean hotel in the centre of Mendoza.
We stayed in a double room over Christmas. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, safe and centrally located in Mendoza. The breakfast was also quite pleasant (coffee, juice, pastries). The hotel was busy during breakfast time, but through the rest of the day was quite quiet. There is a nice courtyard and patio for everyone to use, however we found most guests did not hang out in these spaces. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Close to the tourist section of town and not far from the central bus station. Easy access to tours and resteraunts. Hotel was adequate. But I felt it was a good value for the low price. As others have stated it is not what you think of as a "boutique" hotel.

Nice small hotel close to town center, Mendoza
We were two couples staying in two rooms for a three night stay in Mendoza. This is a small hotel near the center of town. The people behind the front desk and the cleaning personnel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was not too small, but the bed was a little bit saggy. The shower was very clean and the water was appropriately hot. Breakfast, provided with the room cost, was very simple, coffee, orange juice and pastries. Restaurants, bars and shopping are easily reached on foot from the hotel. Car rental facilities are also a short walk away. It is a very satisfactory hotel with limited features but the staff are excelent. We would certainly come back.

Nice, clean, convenient but a tad small!
Nothing wrong with the hotel just small room. The staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. It's centrally located in the center so it's location makes walking around town easy. Very little parking if you have a car. (First come first serve). Low cost parking options are available nearby though.

Dicey location in need of a facelift
I'm pretty sure there was a dog pee stain on the wall of my room. Don't be fooled by the pictures or name like me! The room I stayed in was old and incredibly run down. There was zero shower pressure and neither the room or the shared area is comfortable to hang out in. Some fruit (even canned fruit!) at breakfast would be good. I'd recommend staying elsewhere, even a private room at a hostel would be nicer. The location was a bit dodgy, look for places closer to Villanueva street.

The hotel is more not a 'boutique hotel' but is clean, well-located and good value. Parking is available for a small fee in a parking lot next door. The breakfast is poor, however, with bad coffee and just pastries to eat. They adulterate their juice to save money. I recommend that guests have breakfast elsewhere in one of Mendoza's many cafes. There is a good cafe just one door down from the hotel. The staff are very helpful and can arrange tours, etc.

Hotel Abril Great location
Great location, just a few blocks from the main Plaza. Not a 5 star hotel, but perfectly adequate for the seasoned So. American traveler. Clean, safe, very nice staff (no English). Most guests were European and some Argentines. I definitely would stay there again. .

Hotel Abril Mendoza - great location
I wouldn't exactly call this a boutique hotel. Behind the fancy facade the rooms were basic and the bathrooms dated and not what I would expect of a boutique hotel. I paid extra for a superior room which from what I can gather was not actually superior just bigger with more beds in! On the plus side, however the staff were helpful, friendly and polite and the location was great. The breakfast was ok.

Ótimo custo benefício do hotel. Bem localizado e perto da praça central da cidade. Pontos negativos: pressão da água do chuveiro é praticamente inexistente e o café da manhã é bem restrito. Mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência. Funcionários prestativos e limpeza dos quartos satisfatória. Falta uma geladeira no quarto também.
