Voluptuous couches, large flat screen 4K TV, Eames chair. Fenced backyard boasts pool paradise w/ deck and dining area. Loads of off-street parking and all the amenities of home. Kitchen boasts wine fridge AND ice maker, close proximity to the highway, serene neighborhood. Room for everyone. No corners cut. Read on below.  
  
Our glorious mid-century modern home boasts over 3,400 square feet of space, and it's all yours! Your retreat is set back in a quiet residential area on a cul-de-sac with plenty of off-street parking for the entire extended family. Your home away from home looks out into the professionally designed six-figure back yard with custom Gunite pool, soothing mature landscape, and legendary deck. Lights adorn the back yard and the pool area, and ensure that the setting sun won't cause an early end to your festivities. The entire space is fenced for your privacy and the surrounding tropical garden envelops you in peace. The grill, outdoor table, and all the seating spaces are for your enjoyment.   
  
The house is a classic mid century home. The renovated kitchen is at the heart of the home and overlooks the backyard oasis with eat-in breakfast area. Living spaces extend in both directions from the kitchen, and a massive formal dining area is adjacent to the family room and the piano space, and the bedroom wing extends beyond. The primary bedroom area is a massive ensuite, and there is another king en suite that steps out onto the back deck. A perfect setup for two families sharing one house, or 3-5 couples sharing the space for a reunion.
