The downstairs light rail provides direct access to Melbourne city center. The luxurious amenities within the building will offer you a unique and enjoyable stay experience. This cozy apartment is located on floor 13 and can host a maximum of 3 guests. The stylish self-contained apartment features: \- One bedroom with a King bed (combined with 2 single beds) \- Living room with a lounge and dining table We can provide one air mattress upon request. If you would like to use it, there is an additional charge of $150 plus $20 per night. Please let us know at least one day in advance if you need it.- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher \- One bathroom with a shower \- A laundry with a washer and dryer \* Air conditioning is available in the living room only. \* There is free wifi \* There is NO parking space Important notes prior to your reservation： \* Check-in is available from 3 pm to 9 pm every day.
