The apartment complex is a large property (69 floors) and 2 of the 5 lifts were out of order, so getting in and out quickly was an issue. On one occasion we waited over 5 minutes for the lift. The way to collect the key was through KeyNinja who require photographs of your ID which is very unsafe in terms of cyber security. The property location was pretty good, close to the Elizabeth Street markets however I would not stay in this accommodation again. English was not his first language but we did take the time to sort out the questions I had for him. He took a photo of my drivers licence which I didn’t like. They had my details already but again because of communication issues it was hard to explain he didn’t need it. It’s a nice place to stay the room was good. but full of students which makes it a busy area. ##### Anthony Stayed 2 nights in May 2024 ### 4/10 Poor #### Chris 28 May 2025 Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication I received at least six calls from the property requesting confirmation of my arrival time, which was challenging to provide due to my meeting schedule. Even though I arrived at the time I had communicated, I was asked to collect the keys from a different location—something I declined since I’d been assured someone would meet me on-site. I then had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive with the keys, which was further complicated by the lack of parking. The main bedroom carpet had significant stains, which were quite concerning, and the kitchen lighting fixture was hanging down. After checking out, I received a message containing only a photo of the stained carpet and no text. I quickly called to clarify that the stain was pre-existing and made it clear that any attempt to charge me for it would not be acceptable.
