Didn’t like the key collecting arrangement, they were late and we had to wait outside on a cold, windy day. Glad we aren’t elderly. Don’t think we would stay somewhere with this set up again, having to meet the key squirrel at a set time doesn’t allow flexibility like a normal hotel check in.
