Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Switch off the TV;
-Turn off the heaters in all rooms
-Turn off all lights
-Bring rubbishes to outside general bin and recycle bin
-Put used dishes and glasses etc into dish washer and turn it on
-Clean the Bbq if you used
- Leave the keys back into the security box
-Our normal check out is 10:00am, we will commence the house cleaning around 10:15am

A group of us had travelled from the Gold Coast for a tournament and where we stayed it was close and convenient for everything that we needed, the hosts provided a comfortable and clean environment that we could come back and relax too made it very enjoyable for our stay. All in all I'd come back again.
The cottage was clean and cozy, a quaint little house that was conveniently situated close to the beach.
Myself and a few friends head down to the cottage for a few days for the New Years, and just as promised, it was a spacious house with everything we needed for a quiet stay in for the New Year. We especially enjoyed the provided outdoor amenities which included an outdoor barbecue set and table tennis table.
The hosts were very pleasant, and came to greet us upon our arrival and were very responsive to any queries we had during our stay.
We would definitely look at coming to this property again for a small costal getaway in future.
Lovely but not on beach front- 7 mins walk across nepean highway
A lovely home, clean and spacious experience with a bbq and ping pong table and two lounge rooms.
Feedback is that from reading the property advert i thought it said that the property was on on Long Island.. which means beachfront. I didnt realise we had to walk across 2 large main freeways to get to Long Island .. It was a 7 min walk but tricky with kids, towels, bags and scooters etc so we ended up
driving to the beach which only took 3 mins. Perhaps I read the ad wrong so make sure you are clear of its position.
Also the back room is not air conditioned- it has a fan and it was sweltering hot, so some of my family ended up having to leave early as only 2 rooms have a/c
We couldnt unplug the bath and there was water in it when we arrived so we couldnt use it. But there are 2 showers.
Hosts are lovely- left us a bottle of bubbles and chocolates. Worth the stay!
