Very nice property. Well laid out room with large bathroom and nice amenities. Very comfortable and quiet. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Great value.

The bathroom looked inviting at first.. the shower is either scalding or cold water with little pressure. Managed to get wet only to find empty shampoo and no conditioner! Get out, dry off, get dressed and have to go down stairs! I’m here to see my family for Christmas and can’t go looking like a Yeti. Very frustrated! And could I’d done without the black hairs on the floor and in the sink. Ladies the lighting is horrible good luck with makeup..

The first Hampton I have stayed in and I do not receive the required attention. Also the poor cleaning since all the towels were on the floor and to a surprise they only changed 1, the other 3 they only hung dirty and damp. Very sad breakfast area very limited menu and lousy service not at all pleasant. I am sorry to say that I will not return nor would I recommend it. BEWARE only this Hampton since in the others that I have always had everything wonderful. The only smile and attention was the Lady when checking out. They did not place the 6 pm cookies on December 1st. apparently they were not available
