The key was provided with no instructions, though I was lucky than someone exited the building and was able to provide assistance. There was left over food in the fridge and the draws had food crumbs through out. The air con sounded like a jet air plane. The outside noise at night filtered through out the room and the room let in too much light at night. I was clear when I booked that 2 people were staying so the 2nd key should have been provided at the start or at the very least brought to the apartment. 3) The fridge was exceptionally loud. I travel a lot for work and this the loudest fridge I have ever encountered and as the apartment was open plan I found it disturbed my sleep. 4) Only one side of the bed had a reading lamp and power outlet. 4) I was disappointed that the owner had no flexibility regarding checking out after 10am. My flight was at 6:30pm so we ended up having a very long wait at the airport. We were given the option of walking many blocks to their offices to leave our bags there but only if we had a ‘small amount of luggage’.
