Arrived in heat if afternoon but no one available. Hidden in labyrinth of alleys and tunnels. Small dark room mezzanine level. Hard to know if it was clean or not. Very dim. Don’t expect everything to work eg a/c or shower. The intimacy of a Riad means you hear everything happening throughout the house during the night at 2 or 4 am. Bring earplugs.French or Arabic only. No English. tourist tax charge amount was random, I’m sure the ladies try their best.

Very surprised of these words.The ladies don't speak english, it is written on our website. A riad is not a hotel as the others, it can be darker and noisy, these are the qualities of the construction itself.

Reservation Not Honored
We did not get to stay. We were supposed to contact the hotel in advance to get check-in instructions. We emailed two days ahead and got no response. We made multiple calls to the hotel over a period of 4 hours and got no answer. We called Hotels.com and were on the app/phone for 4 hours. We got no help and had to find a place to stay on our own. I will be in touch with you to demand a refund.

We loved everything about this Riad. It was the best one we experienced in Morocco and we stayed in several. Our room was so comfortable and spacious and the women who run the place were so kind and helpful.

Beautiful Riad
I absolutely adored my stay this Riad. The ladies that worked there was super friendly and nice, and made sure I had everything I needed. I absolutely loved the room up on the terrace, beautifully decorated and comfortable too. The Riad is easy to get too as well. Would definitely recommend it.

Our workers speak french and arabic but not English but they always try to help our customers. Lots of our customers speak English and it is the first time we have this kind of remark.

El trato fue excelente, la señora es muy agradable y atenta. El Riad está cerca de una entrada de la Medina, bien señalizado y se puede aparcar bien a pocos metros. Necesita alguna renovación de instalaciones en el baño de las habitaciones y resulta algo sombrío y oscuro.

Nous avons trouvé que la riad était pas trop mal malheureusement humide et les finitions électriques et de plomberies n'étaient pas aux normes ( prises qui ne tiennent pas aux murs, robinet qui bougent.......etc) Les serviettes qui sentent l'humidité enfin pas terrible. Par contre le personnel super gentil.

Bonjour Toute l'électricité est au norme et vérifiée chaque année pour avoir l'agrément. Cependant, je fais part de vos remarque afin que les prises de courant soient bien réinstallées et la robinetterie resserrée. Pour les serviettes humides , c'est la première fois que nous avons cette remarque, nous allons vérifier.

Joli riad très bien situé au coeur de la medina. Belles terrasses avec magnifique vue sur la ville. Accueil chaleureux de Khadija d'une grande gentillesse petit déjeuner copieux. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite familiale, spacieuse et grande sdb. Nous recommandons :)

Bonjour Merci d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un avis. Vous n'avez pas eu de chance car votre séjour à été très pluvieux et un riad est un lieu ouvert et donc peut paraître humide lors s'avérera nombreuses. Cordialement

Sehr schönes, kleines Riad
Sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Die Zimmer haben kleine Fenster durch die man in den Innenhof sehen kann. Leider ohne jeglichen Schallschutz zu den anderen Zimmern und dem Innenhof. Bei uns kein Problem, aber allein unter sich ist man nie. Sauberkeit ist gut, das Frühstück wunderbar (Yoghurt, getoastetes Brot, "Pfannkuchen", Marmelade, Orangensaft, ein Stück Obst und Kaffee oder Tee). Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.
