"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

"Charming hotel with attentive bi-lingual service, warm & friendly personnel. Massages & facial treatments in the warm, cosy Spa were excellent. Room was a bit cramped with too much furniture for the space, but there was a big, sunny deck to enjoy. Problem with reception of english TV channels initially which was resolved 1/2 way thru our stay. Dog friendly too!"

"This hotel fully deserves the accolades it receives from most guests. The staff are all very friendly. A special mention has to be made for the lovely Emma the hotel receptionist whose very warm welcome and constant friendly attention and demeanour really made our stay such a delight. The shuttle service to the town and slopes is extremely efficient and we never had to wait long. The rooms are spacious and practical and completely justify a 4 star rating.
