"Small beach style chalet that we used for a week. Clean and in a good state of upkeep it is in a good location to explore both North Cornwall and North Devon. Very good communication with the host and a smooth check in and out process. The chalet comes with passes for the swimming pool / leisure centre on site (should it not be beach weather) plus there is a bar you can utilise with regular entertainment. Overall a great stay and would recommend."

The property was like a home from home with everything catered for and some extra personal touches provided by the host, Sarah, for our stay. "Cheaper than most and fractionally dated in its decor but thats reflected in the price. Great value for money. Located so closely to Bude. The perfect base to come backbto each day in a quiet location. The main road is noisy but you font hear it from inside the property. Views from the back garden a beautiful (yes you can see the sea). Check in and out was super smooth too. No real bad points."

"We stayed at the barn over Christmas and New Year with our family of 14. The barn is a wonderful size and happily accommodated everyone. The online photos and description could do with updating as there have been some changes since. The barn is well equipped and has the majority of things you would need. Some areas of the barn require updating and a little TLC and I have notified the owner accordingly. I would concider staying again but only if my recommendations were taken on board and...

"Adorable and quirky little house, oozing with character. Comfy beds, great location for local shops and restaurants, and as a base to explore the area. Only slight negative for us was getting used to town noises as we live in a village. The Combat Collection at Cobatton, and Instow beach (both recommended by the host) are worth a visit, and my boys (16 & 14) loved outdoor laser tag at Survival Combat Games."

"We had a great time at Sea La Vie. It's a fab location, just sit outside to hear the sea and waves coming in, and that's pretty much all you can hear apart from the odd seagull! It's so quiet. Great base for a relaxed surfing holiday. Really well equipped kitchen. We didn't get in the car once in 8 days as there was everything we needed within a short walk. Highly likely we'll be back!"

"Poyers Farmhouse is a perfect cottage for 2 families and 2 dogs. The rooms are all spacious and quirky and work really well for 2 families. We found everything we needed and the hot tub and garden were appreciated by everyone. It is in a great location, walking distance to the Tarka Trail, Braunton and a good pub 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a fabulous time at the barn. Sally was so helpful and made check-in really easy and gave us suggestions for places to visit in the area. The barn had everything we needed and the secure garden was great for our dog. Our 2 year old daughter loved running in the fields and seeing the surrounding cows and horses. Would definitely recommend staying here! Hope to return in the future. Thank you!"

"Three generations stayed here and all loved it. My 5 year old grandson was amazed at the “upside down” house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was good for getting around. Very peaceful. The basket of goodies we received on arrival was lovely. Would definitely stay here again."
