"We had a lovely 4 night stay at the apartment (2 adults, 2 children). Apartment was lovely and cosy, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Instow is a lovely place to visit and the views from the apartment are stunning. Would definitely recommend going to The Boathouse for a meal. There are two sets of stairs up to the apartment, which is part of the owners property (but don't worry you wouldn't know they were there, the apartment is very private) so not for those with mobility...

"Excellent property with two full double bedrooms and a wonderful view from the top of a three-storey building onto the mouth of two rivers (facing eastward, just as the photo says). We loved every minute we were in the property. Andy, der Caretaker, war sehr nett und hat uns super eingewiesen. In der nähreren Umgebung finden sich jede Menge Restaurants und Take away, so dass man eigentlich nicht kochen müsste.
