Welcome to a beautiful two-room apartment offering 58 square meters of vacation bliss. Located on the raised ground floor, the apartment overlooks greenery and is therefore in a quiet location. The spacious living and dining room offers plenty of room for relaxing on the comfortable (sleeper) sofa. This space invites you to read, lounge, surf the internet, or enjoy your favorite series on the large flat-screen TV. At the dining table, you can play games, chat, and enjoy meals prepared in the adjoining kitchen.


Welcome to a beautiful two-room apartment offering 58 square meters of vacation bliss. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and, much to everyone's delight, a dishwasher. Those who enjoy a cup of coffee outdoors will find the balcony with its view of the greenery perfect. A table and two chairs are provided for sunbathers, and a parasol ensures shade.

A restful sleep is guaranteed in the spacious bedroom with its modern double bed: the mattresses can be rotated to a firm or soft side, allowing everyone to sleep according to their preference. Cool off in the bathroom, where you can choose between a relaxing bath or a refreshing shower. A washing machine is also available.

A duplex parking space (maximum vehicle height 1.50m) is located in the underground garage. Alternatively, a free outdoor parking space is available approximately 800 m away, for which we will hand out a parking permit upon arrival.
