The apartment is 27 m2 and is located on the first floor of the house. The interior offers a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The outdoor area offers a small romantic balcony overlooking the bell tower of St Laurentius Church.

Private parking is not available. Free on-street parking is available, there are no allocated parking spaces, and unfortunately, parking is not guaranteed.

The location of the apartment offers guests the opportunity to explore Premantura and its beautiful places on foot. Reservations for groups of people under 21 are not allowed.
