We arrived the day before our flight so we're able to leave our bags and spend the day in Pisa (10 mins. from the hotel using the Pisa Mover train at the airport (buy a return ticket - it's slightly cheaper). "

"This is a pretty good place to stay at. It’s all on one floor but keep in mind it’s up two flights of stairs. On the site it does say that there is no elevator but it doesn’t state clearly that it’s on the second floor. The bathroom was super clean however the floors could use some work there was lots of dirt no carpet. Would stay again if I bring someone to take my suit case up the stairs. The owner was very nice and checks on you throughout your stay. "

"It was a cute place. They apparently have breakfast but couldn't find it in the morning. It may be at the residence next door. When you arrive, there is a bell by the outside gate to push and the owner will come over. I booked a room with 2 beds as it was me and my teenage daughter. the owner said we could only sleep on the one unless we paid an additional $10 EU."

"The property is in walking distance to the airport. We received clear messages from the owner how to access the building and the the room itself. It is very basic but clean, enough for a few days for a stopover. For being close to the airport it is noisy but we were tired so didn’t wake up at night. "

"The location is perfect - a few steps away from tower and cathedral. The staff was very responsive via what’s app until we paid local tax and after that she stopped answering. The B&B is located 4 flights of stairs in the building, once we got there, to get to my room I had to climb a narrow spiral staircase with no hot water in the bathroom. My luggage did not fit through the staircase so I had to leave it at the main floor of the B&B. I called and messaged the owner and my questions never got...

You have to come out of your room into a common small area and then go into the bathroom. It was kinda different, but I did not see anyone else there to share bathroom. "This property is extremely phenomenal. It’s built in the 1700s and has been well maintained. The area is 9 minutes from the walled city of Lucca. A taxi will cost you 15 euros there but if you’re up for an excursion the hotel rents bike for 30 euros a day. My wife and I enjoyed our stay because the host and their family are extremely lovely."

"What an absolutely beautiful spot. The Villa was everything we hoped for and the view was spectacular! Cuoco Adriana made us a fabulous meal on our second night. The road down to the villa is a bit tricky but we mastered it on no time. Just be patient and slow. The location was perfect for our travels to Pisa , Firenze and Cinque Terre! "We visited Hotel Bologna at the end of our trip arriving just around lunchtime then an overnight stay with breakfast before a late flight the next day. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. The reception team could not have been more welcoming, showing us to our room, outlining the and where all of the sights and shops were. Room was comfortable. The breakfast selection was fine, varied and service efficient. We were able to leave our luggage until it was time to go to the airport. Couldn’t ask for more!"
