The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast had a lot of variety. We felt safe around the area and the were able to provide us with anything we needed. We will be coming back.

So it bothers me to even say this because I loved the staff and the hotel service. It was a beautiful hotel and the food was also good. If what had happened didn’t occur than everything would be 5 stars. However, after seeing a bug bite on myself during the stay I just thought it was a mosquito. Until my last day and I had cluster of bites on my body. The doctors told me it was bed bug bites. That freaked me out because now I just been trying to clean everything I brought so I don’t bring it into my home. I’m so upset over this

Very beautiful hotel close to many atractions but not to close to all the noise of Provenza . Staff was amazing, the rooms were beautiful and clean and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely come back

we were charged for having a guest who robbed us without any protection from the hotel staff. They even cooperated with that person and backed her up.

Binn is an extra-modern hotel that was built only 2 years ago. The rooftop restaurant has excellent, world level food coupled with breathtaking city views and impressive design. The rooftop pool is awesome. Our room had an excellent shower, and great city / mountain views from the 7th floor. The service is excellent. I would like to specifically mentioned the following amazing employees that I now consider my friends: Vladimir, John, Fared, Alexandra, and our wonderful waitress Daisy. Thank you for making my wife and me feel welcome and special!

This is the best property Medellin they have the greatest rooftop pool and bar. The food is amazing. The beds and the sheets here are so incredible. I’m going back to the city just to stay at his place and the staff is amazing.

Property is beautiful, the rooms are clean . Shower doors were so clean I walked into it. I did my laundry outside at 24/7 in Manila for $15 after reading the reviews. There are a lot of extras here but I don’t see a problem for the convenience. If not go to the supermarket and buy the your own drinks. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner was michilin style!! Neighborhood is safe and jacuzzi is empty most of the time so it was good times.

The whole staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke pretty good english and even helped me with my spanish. It’s a little scary going to a country that doesn’t speak your language but they helped a lot and even gave us great recommendations for Medellin. The staff was very helpful, especially Farid. He was amazing and helpful with breakfast and city recommendations! Totally would come back to this hotel whenever i’m back in Medellin!

The hotel was very nice, quiet and recently renovated. The rooftop bar and pool had amazing views and music. The jacuzzi and steam room broke and water was cold. Gym was nice too.

The individuals working at the front desk were extremely rude. Just know if you booked this hotel. You cannot have your friends visit you after 5 PM. They will charge you for each friend you have. I will never stay there again because they ruin my vacation.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool wasn’t open do to renovations and we weren’t told ahead of time . We really want a hotel with a pool . Other than that the rooms were clean and the staff were nice .
