Hotel was great value for the price. The area was very central to everything. Not the safest area in the world but just ok to come in and out.

NO RESPETAN RESERVACIONES

Me fue muy mal porque ni siquiera tenian la reserva. Es el colmo llegar a Medellin a las 11:00 pm el día martes 22 de noviembre y que digan que no hay habitaciones y que la reserva no existe cuando días anteriores al viaje por correo me habian confirmado que todo estaba en orden. No volvere a reservar con ustedes porque ni siquera eso respetaron. Es el colmo que uno se confie de que va a llegar a descansar y en vez de eso uno tenga que buscar a esas horas de la noche, con un gran cansancio, un lugar para hospedarse. Si no son capaces de sostener las reservaciones mejor quiten ese servicio y no hagan perder el tiempo.

BONITO PERO INCOMODO SIN ASCENSOR,ZONA RUIDOSA

El Hotel es Bonito en su Interior, mobiliario nuevo, pero incomodo por no tener Ascensor ni Restaurante, además nos cobraron mucho mas de lo acordado en la Reservación con la excusa que eran otros impuestos. Ademas la zona es Centrica pero Ruidosa desde muy temprano y hay que tener mucho cuidado en especial en las noches pues no es Zona muy segura. Adicionalmente por el valor de la Habitación Doble $116,000 de seguro se consiguen otros Hoteles en la Zona de similares condiciones pero con mas servicios (Ascensor, Botones,Restaurante, desayuno incluido, Areas mas espaciosas e incluso Bañera, etc). Sobre los empleados hay algunos malgeniados o con poca idea de manejo de Clientes pero en general bien, en especial la chica del Aseo de Cuartos y el Sr Frank y la Señora Claudia que son muy amables....

Pesima Ubicación

Hola; Mi experiencia fue negativa.. en primer lugar la ubicación del hotel no esta lo suficientemente clara en la información publicada; este se localiza en un sector muy peligroso de Medellín; la recomendación de quien me llevo era evitar salir a partir de las 5pm ..por otro lado las normas de la reserva a través de este medio no son claras tampoco y me parecieron arbitrarias .. debido a lo peligroso del sector decidí retirarme dos noches antes de lo esperado; por lo que tuve que pagar según la penalidad impuesta por el Hotel toda la estadía.. salió carísimo !! La tarifa relacionada con otros hoteles mejor ubicados y que incluyen desayudo es muy costosa... en resumen quede totalmente decepcionada!!

Es un hotel pequeño, pero muy agradable, es muy limpio y todo esta nuevo lo q hace muy buena la estadia. Para ir de negocios es perfecto pues esta ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad

Incredibly hospitable service in a great area

While the rooms are quite small/efficient - though well maintained and very clean - what really sets Mi Columbia apart is the couple that runs the place. Always greeting with a smile, always available to help and always looking to support in any ways you may need to make the most of your time.
