Excellent Location

Staying at this location was a great decision for my group's first time in Medellin. David, the property manager, was helpful, prompt, and knowledgable on every question we had. I would recommend this as a place as a prime bachelor party location. There are excellent restaurants and clubs/bars within blocks in every direction. Also, there is a a housekeeper that comes by daily to clean. Advice to others: this rental is located on a loud and busy street, so future renters shouldn't expect a quiet environment. If one is looking to experience nightlife, then this is the place. If one wants a quiet abode with early nights, I would suggest somewhere else.

Th most spectacular place in el Poblado! We loved this place with its amenities and that great team! Joey, the owner was pretty helpful and always be there to attempt our request. He show as all that we need for our needs, and my friends and I get the best vacations ever! The next time that we go to Medellin, just look for this place
