"Many great things to write about this house, so I'll mention a few. First of all, the view off the back deck, which can be seen from inside the house, is spectacular, especially in the mornings and evenings. The location is great -- in a high but flat part of Big Canoe, and convenient to all the activities. The game room is amazing; very nice pool and ping-pong tables. Multiple lounging/TV areas, and the kitchen and gas grill have plenty of capacity to cook for 8 teenage boys (which really is the equivalent of about 14 normal humans). Clean, and just overall a great property. This is the third house we've rented in Big Canoe and this will be our go-to spot whenever we return. Thank you Lindsey for all of your help -- you made the trip easy and run smoothly!"

"The value for the money of this place was excellent. You have to pay a small fee for access to the Big Canoe amenities, but it was well worth it. Be aware, this is a cabin-like place in the woods. There are spiders, and lots of them. One or two may even get into your cabin or spin a web on your car. Just remember that you are in their home and you'll be okay. Wifi is spotty at best."

"Our family weekend reunion was perfect for our group of 16 ranging from 2 years to 70. It rained hard for a whole day yet we still had fun due to the tremendous space opportunities in this gorgeous home. It’s filled with beautiful furniture and art and each bedroom has a television and loads of room for relaxation. We will be back!"

"Overall, everything was good.The house is in the process of getting the tlc it needs. Nothing's really wrong with it.Just older, it needs a little love. The owner was very sweet. Good price for a holiday weekend. The owner is really sweet. a little bit of delay on getting back to us on a couple of things, but she was so nice and everything worked out. We love big canoe. We would book again. ( the softest blankets ever definitely perfect for a cozy winter stay)"

"The house is absolutely beautiful! It’s very convenient to the front entrance and to the amenities of the community. There were a few things that I let them know about and they responded very quickly and even wanted to send someone out right away. I really appreciate everything and if we do come back, we would love to stay there again!!"

"View was great. House was spacious. All appliances worked. The cleanliness could be improved. Carpets were marked up, cob webs and lots of spiders, found 3 bottle caps on the floors throughout the house and one in a trashcan. For paying 175 for cleaning fee it should be well cleaned. "
