Beautifully designed with your comfort in mind this pet friendly property has everything you can wish for your next family holiday Situated close to the beach, main-street and shopping district you can visit the Victor Harbor cafes and restaurants or just sit on the balcony and enjoy dinner overlooking Granite Island. This 2 storey home has 4 spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 guests. The downstairs area has a separate lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen for your comfort. The upstairs area has the master bedroom with ensuite and another fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. Via the lounge you get access to the balcony with entertainment area to enjoy your get-togethers. Lovely sitting area outside with access to the enclosed backyard and a bbq. The property is uniquely positioned just off Hardy street with a safe access to the beach during your family holiday. Features : • 4 bedrooms : 1 King , 1 queen, 2 x singles and 1 tri bunk (being 1 double in the bottom and single top ) and porta cot • Laundry with washing machine / Iron and Ironing board • Kitchen downstairs has fridge, freezer, cooktop, microwave and toaster and kettle • Kitchen upstairs has fridge, freezer, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle and coffee pod machine • Upstairs lounge with smart TV and internet access - downstairs lounge with TV • Ducted reverse cycled air-conditioning throughout property for cooling and heating • Ceiling fans in king and queen bedrooms • Garage/Games room is available with table tennis and foosball/Mini Pool table • King bedroom with TV has an ensuite bathroom with toilet • Second toilet on top level • Lower level has another full bathroom and separate toilet • Car Park is available in front of the house This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service. Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bathmat, face washer and T-towel.
