We stayed in the treehouse, and it was absolutely beautiful—very nice, cozy, and such a unique experience. We loved it. The restaurant service was excellent, and everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the gift shop were especially kind and helpful and did a great job. The spa and swimming pool area were also a highlight. LauraBeth, who works in that area, was incredibly kind, gentle, and helpful. She took the time to help me find directions and made the experience feel very welcoming. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the zip line experience. The entire staff—from the front desk to the zip line team—was absolutely amazing. A special thank you to Tucker and Adrianna, who were outstanding. They were professional, kind, and incredibly supportive, guiding us step-by-step and making us feel comfortable throughout all seven zip lines.
