"The only thing I didn't like was the fact that some of the other guests had kids & dogs that seemed unsupervised. It seemed like they were long term guests, felt a little sketchy. Hanging out, smoking, stuff like that. Kids slamming balls right into the doors of the rooms, a dog running loose."

"you look good from the outside, but you have no com breakfast with your room, no shop to buy any treats, or anything, not even water, to pay for bottled water in your room is very sad, your pool area needs a good cleaning in and around it, signage is need, how to get around your hotel, I do not think I'll be back. for the money paid is very sad offerings"

"Wonderful staff. Charlene was wonderful in getting me situated. Smiled the entire exchange and even booked my morning shuttle to my conference as soon as I checked in. The shuttle service was amazing as well. Michael gave me some great insights on where to go and made the drives both to amd from the hotel go by faster with his knowledge of the city. It was a wonderful stay and I recommend it to anyone staying in the area! 10 out of 10"
