"My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary & his birthday. Check-in was a breeze & she took care of us because she gave us such a nice view of the pond behind their property! Loved it! We ordered from their on-site restaurant and they got to our room in 15 minutes and even brought our food in the room which was lovely! The pool/hot tub was amazing!! Loved it, will definitely be back!!! "

"The guy working the desk at night has about as much customer service energy as a wet towel. But I bet it's pretty sweet to get paid to sleep! Had to wait a while for him to wake from his slumber to check me in. After being on the road for 7 hours, you can imagine I was just ready to get into my room to crash out. But between his slow service and the room I'd already booked and paid for, insurance included, not being available for some reason, check-in wasn't exactly quick and easy.
