Horrible service only Beatriz our cleaning lady was so helpful and kind but the managers and staff were horrible they messed up on my booking and had no courtesy options fell outside twice and security would see and gave no help also restaurant horrible service ended up stealing from us and overcharging just a really poor service over all

First time experience in this resort. Convenient location, safe environment, clean facility, pool with relaxing lounge chairs & lifeguard on duty. Walk downstairs to beach. Private lounge chairs & umbrellas in the beach area for guest. Shopping just steps away. The rooms are very clean, spacious with beautiful ocean view & phenomenal attention received from our room service (Beatriz). She made sure what our needs were and cleaned our room daily. Highly recommend this resort!
