Could do with some more accessible plug sockets.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the hotel staff are all very friendly including the cleaners. My room was very clean, it had a tv. There was no mini bar, coffee machine or fridge. I did ask to borrow a kettle which I the staff gave me. My 1st of 2 complaints is that in the room the plug sockets were not easy to use. In front of one was a dressing table and the one as I entered the room, near the door was about 8” off the floor. I wasn’t on a business trip but I needed to charge my phone, tablet and watch. My 2nd complaint is that the life guard was promising every day that the swimming pool was going to be cleaned (a sandstorm had deposited sand in it at the beginning of the week and the water wasn’t very clean it was cloudy) I didn’t use the swimming pool the whole week I stayed in the hotel some people swam in it but I chose not to. I understand that the pool was going to be cleaned at some point but I felt that the hotel didn’t prioritise this. This is a shame because I chose to stay in this hotel because it has a swimming pool.

Older lovely hotel right on the beach. Not overcrowded in May. Late night parties are a bit noisy, but so European to have your morning café con leche on the terrace in the morning.

A nice hotel
I stayed in this hotel because it was very near a relative in Spain I was visiting. It’s right on the beach. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. There are no tea making facilities in the rooms. I asked the staff and they loaned me a kettle. There is a tv in the room, I couldn’t find the English Channel, maybe I didn’t search enough. The cleaners come everyday to clean change the towels and empty the rubbish from your room. To have a shower I had to get in the bath and pull a shower curtain across. I had a balcony which overlooked the sea and a children's play area. Occasionally smells from the kitchen would waft up, I could only smell it if I was in the balcony not in my room. There was no fridge in the room I stayed in. There was a telephone. There’s a swimming pool only open certain times of the year. The sun loungers had no cushions on them. The hotel has Wi-Fi but unfortunately my phone didn’t stay connected. I hired a car and parked in the street outside the hotel so I didn’t have to pay any parking charges. I had breakfast a couple of times in the hotel, it was a continental breakfast, ham, cheese, a cake, jug of orange, toasted bread and jam and coffee. I didn’t see any cereals and it’s not buffet style. This is a 3* hotel and it was very popular with Spanish holiday makers. If you choose not to eat at the hotel there are plenty of places to eat within a short drive of this hotel. There’s the Port in Puerto de Mazarron or the town of Bolnuevo.

Lovely hotel. On beach. Beautiful views. Don’t go to 2nd floor as there is no internet if needed. We were moved to first floor. Very obliging. Don’t have a first floor room near reception. Very noisy. Problem with water pressure too. Some time no water. But overall we loved it.

Slow pace of life.

Beach-ready
The hotel, or complex, is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a peaceful beach holiday. The personnel stood out; each one was calm, committed and friendly. Every room has a little balcony, which adds a touch of privacy and comfort.

The relaxed atmosphere, easy reach to the beach so peaceful. Lunch menu was good wasn’t to struck on the cafeteria side but the bar staff were cheerful. Hotel could do with a little TLC but on the whole was fine to spend a week there .

Well positioned, but isolated and dated
Good spot, next to the beach. Our room was sea facing, large terrace with chairs, table and two sunbeds. Never had those anywhere.Not much nearby - one beach bar, small, dull supermarket across the road, and a little farther two restaurants .It is basicallty a residential area. Nearby bus stops to catch buses into town, but take the timetable with a pinch of salt. Journey about ten minutes , costs one euro 15. The main port is well worth a visit with lots of bars , cafes etc, and a wide promenade. Prices excellent. The hotel is 1980's I would say, and needs refurbishing. Bedroom good enough with a double and a single, but fittings dated. Air con simple and reliable.Excellent room service from Leah the cleaning lady. Receptionists always pleasant and helpful, and patient with my Spanish. Dining room looks as if it's set for a wedding reception. Alex Polizzi would have them decluttering in minutes. No choice at breakfast which is served to your table. Always good, fresh orange juice, strong coffee, with tea as an option. Sticky bun, four pieces of toast with jam and butter, a variety of fresh fruit, cheese, various cooked meats, and one day only had eggs and yoghurt. Suited me, but my wife would have preferred the buffet option. They also don't do smiling waiters. Exception was the ever cheerful Maria behind the bar. Decent tapas with several options available at the bar. Neat, small swimming pool, but quirky. Didn't open until 11 and CLOSED for an hour in the afternoon.

Beach front but cheap
It is ok, nothing really really wrong with it but it does need an update. The bathroom is rusty and the mattress needs changing but the balconies overview the beach and the rooms are nice. Its like being transported to the 90s. So if you get it for cheap its ok, but I would not pay more than 50 bucks to stay here.

Nice Hotel could with a makeover.
We only stayed a couple of nights as we attended a funeral and was out most of our stay.The pictures on the internet doesn't it justice.However the continental breakfast was good and the bedrooms and hotel very clean.Shower and bath combined with only a curtain round the bath when using the shower The hotel is right on the beach ideal for kids. You need a car as its a long way from shops and the local town.The staff were nice but in fairness we were not there for long periods. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is right on the beach in a quite area but within 5 minutes from Puerto Mazarron with its lovely marina and many restaurants. The hotel is being refurbished at the moment but it caused no inconvenience. The staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days there

Reception area nice and staff friendly, the room was clean but the decor shabby and in need of a refurbishment, the room looked out on to the beach. During the winter months the surrounding area looks run down as all restaurants closed and it is a long walk to the centre of town, I was surprised it is rated 3 star

Good accessible location
Very functional hotel directly on the paseo, crossed to get to the beach. Only a one night stop, so difficult to rate all facilities. Used the restaurant where food was good.

2 night stay in hotel, mattress very uncomfortable. Unable to sit out on balcony as a dance class was resuming in front of us. No control of air conditioning in room it was operated from front desk (either on or off) this hotel was the only operating restaurant and bar in the area and local shop had limited stock and opened mid afternoon. There was an outside pool but was unable to use it as there was no life guard and we were offered the cushions for the sun beds which were ripped and under the trees on the floor.

Right by the beach
Very friendly, helpful staff. Very tasty continental breakfast served at the table. Slightly different each day. It was all just as I wanted. A good 30 minute walk into port but in the summer there is a tourist train, which would be useful. Pleasant, sunny terrace facing beach for coffees etc. Not an ultra modern hotel but very clean. Good sized twin room. Pool and sunbed area closed for my Easter break, so can't comment but looked quite small. So handy for the beach it wouldn't matter. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Would need to check on the air conditioning. Lovely beach bar and new meat restaurant just 5 minutes walk away.

good for what I wanted.
Stayed 4 nights on business.My booking was for a single room but I had a both a double and a single bed .The room was clean but needed up grading as was the bathroom ,this had the shower heading badly fitted to the wall.The bed was comfortable but a small fridge and perhaps a kettle would have been useful.I travel with my own kettle and cups. Small balcony looking out to the beach and sea. Breakfast was good and all of the staff members I met where helpful and friendly .The bar was good with a very good barman and the cost of drinks was very fair. Plenty of parking outside and there is more secure parking in their underground car park which is an extra payment. The wifi was very good but I would not expect this to be the same if the hotel had been full and the system under pressure of volume. There is a good promenade to walk out side the hotel on the sea side,the shops and main restaurants are a few minutes drive but there are restaurants nearby and the hotel has its own which I did not use . I was out of the hotel during the day and used it as a base .all in all I would recommend this as a place to stay .

Great for hotel for short break
Absolutely loved our 5 days here. Nothing to do close by except the beach but hotel food and drink excellent and very cheap. Staff lovely and nothing too much trouble. Would think it could be different in height of season but September just perfect.

Location couldn't be better, right on the beach but also with it's own pool. Short walk to the main bars and restaurants in Purto Mazarron with numerous beach bars on the way! Room and parts of hotel need a little updating but clean and functional. Continental breakfast was pretty good ,unusually not self service. Free parking across the street although you could park under the hotel at a charge. Staff were always available and friendly. Would stay here again

Prepaid breakfast was at minimum quantity and disappointing. Unfortunately, well advertised internet was NONE existent for a duration of our stay. Ideal location with direct access to local beach and walking distance to city amenities. Paid parking under hotel was another disappointment, we parked our rental car on the main street opposite a hotel.
