The staff were great, they offered a paid upgrade that was an amazing deal. The view of the room was spectacular. It’s an old hotel, but good for its age. The drinks were very good. The food was good, could vary more, but was ok for four nights.

Not particularly memorable.

kitchen staff kept removing plates when unfinished, left my table on one occasion to top up my coffee, I was gone no more than a minute, I returned to find the toast that I had just had to queue up for had gone, the table cleared and the cigarettes I'd left to indicate I hadn't left were in the hand of the cleaner who was walking away. I was stuck in an lift with 6 others and no air-con for twenty minutes. The fairly poor room air-con was continually leaking onto the room floor, I could hear everything from the room next door. House maids were exceptional and very pleasant. Overall, hotel a bit tired.

Cet hôtel a été une grosse erreur de choix de ma part car je n’apprécie pas du tout l’ambiance colonie de vacances. De plus la musique le soir dans les jardins jusqu’à minuit est simplement insupportable et nous casse les oreilles. Les ascenseurs sont inefficaces aux heures de pointe (repas, Check out…)

Mi esposa y yo hemos quedado realmente encantados,es todo de sobresaliente.A todo el personal ,si pudiera ,no le pondría cinco estrellas ,sino veinticinco. Hemos quedado tan contentos ,que nuestra próxima escapada sin duda ,será a este hotel

El equipo de animación es genial! La hemos pasado muy bien gracias a todas las actividades que han hecho. Es genial que tengan un mini club para que los niños puedan conocer a otros niños y hacer también actividades.Los shows de las noches muy divertidos!! El hotel es muy grande y bonito. Lo malo es que la piscina es muy pequeña para la cantidad de personas que alberga el hotel. y con pocas tumbonas,que es un milagro conseguir alguna El tema de los ascensores también es algo que no nos gustó. Mucha espera y paseo por todas las plantas! Pero el resto en general muy bien!! El buffet variado,algunas cosas nos gustaban más que otras es normal,pero bastante bien. El personal amable. Y nosotros si repetiríamos!!

Demasiado tiempo esperando los ascensores, demasiada gente en el buffet, las camas fatal no he descansado bien, la piscina demasiado pequeña para la cantidad de clientes que hay, las horas de actividades acuáticas ocupaban prácticamente toda la piscina y el que se quiere bañar tranquilo no puede. Resalto el personal del hotel y la ubicación

Beaucoup de bruit et aucune insonorisation

Hôtel correct malheureusement les chambres ne sont pas insonorisée, conclusion demandez une chambre à l'arrière si vous ne voulez pas avoir l'impression de dormir sur le trottoir du route très fréquentée...vous entendrez quand même vos voisins discuter ou plus...1200 clients donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit dans les couloirs, claquements de portes jusqu'à 3h du mat....
