  • Year-round lakefront home on Dodson Creek with a covered boat dock and gentle slope to the lake. Spacious deck and large windows overlook the cove with panoramic views of Norris Lake's emerald green waters. Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.

    Parking capacity is limited to 2 vehicles. We can accommodate extra vehicles and/or boat trailer parking nearby. Please inquire through VRBO messages. Property is tucked back in a cove on a dead end road with no turnaround for a boat trailer. No parties or events allowed.
