the hotel is very nice; clean, tidy and the front desk staff are extremely courteous. the rooms are spacious and well presented and the restaurant is good with a varied selection for breakfast; i did not eat there through the rest of the day so can not comment on lunch or dinner. the pool i used was clean and there was plenty of space around for loungers and there were no children around, which is good if you want to relax as i did. unfortunately the bar staff seemingly expect a tip with every...

Did B&B, good choice for Breakfast Good size Suite and Bedroom, very clean and cleaned every day. Big Balcony to sun bathe on. Good location for the Beach and just a small walk to the shops and Restaurants which did excellent Meals. Would Recommend and would stay again.

I have been here 4 times and this hotel just keeps getting better. I noticed more improvements this year. Supplying shower gel, upgrade your all inclusive to premier to get branded drinks. New sunbeds around the pool, welcoming drinks or shots at dinner depending on the theme night. The hotel is always clean, the staff are lovely & efficient. They will help you no matter what or if you have a problem. The food was amazing & not repetitive. This is a wee gem of a place.

Great break. Food was really good and varied. The weather was surprisingly good right up to Christmas Day itself which started windy and slightly overcast but soon cleared up. Only issues were lift broken down for a couple of days and bathroom could have done with a decorate/refurb.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, ideally located close to the beach. We decided to go with breakfast only which was very nice. There is the town of Morro Jable 5 minutes taxi ride away which has some lovely restaurants and bars at the seafront. This is where we went for dinner as we didn't want to be "tied" to the hotel every evening. Would definitely recommend the hotel and location.

Wonderful hotel with excellent facilities. Large pool, plenty of sun beds. Buffet meals, excellent choices with meat/fish freshly cooked as required. Rooms large with balcony and very clean. Service very efficient, hairdryer did not work and was changed for a new one the same day. Entertainment provided, different show every night mostly quite good especially the Lennon and McCartney tribute pair. Thanksfully very few children at this hotel. You cannot go far wrong here. If you want heat, sun, a sun bed, good food without the fancy fanfare you cannot go wrong here. This is our 7th time at the hotel. Now.. nothings changed but it needs to. Not going overboard but simple refinements are needed, comfy sofas, strict rules on where to smoke, better lighting of a night time & acoustic panels in the dining hall to lessen the noise. We had a great 6 night stay in a suite. Absolutely huge lounge area, bedroom and the biggest round bath ive ever seen! We had a wonderful wrap around balcony, again huge, with table chairs and 2 sunbeds. The food was varied and catered for all tastes and nationalities. The wholechotel was very clean, from rooms to all communal areas. We'd hired a car and parked just outside on the road which was easy. Highly recommend.
