The biggest issue was the confusing check-in process and inaccurate listing. The actual condo had a different name from the one shown online, and it was located at a different address than the location listed. We had to dig through Expedia messages to find the check-in instructions, and it took us nearly two hours to figure out where to go. When we tried to contact the property the office was already closed, so no one was available to help and we felt completely stuck.
The listing also made it seem like the condo was close to the beach, restaurants, and activities we had planned to visit. Instead, it was about two miles away, which was a major inconvenience and not what we expected based on the description. The condo itself felt dated. It had a smoke-like odor.
Overall, the misleading location, confusing check-in process, and lack of assistance made this a disappointing experience. We would not stay here again.

A lovely place to base a trip to Maui. The nearby beach looked great for kids. And it was a perfect spot to set off on the road to Hana. Close to the airport too!
