One night stay.

Room was great value, spacious, clean and great location. The services and amenities provided were of great quality and the cost between two people was affordable for the location to the train station, shops and places to go.

I would encourage travellers to carefully research this property before making a reservation, particularly when location is an important factor. My experience with the property's customer service was extremely disappointing. When I raised a concern regarding the property's location and requested assistance, I made several attempts to communicate with the hotel through Expedia. Unfortunately, my messages went unanswered despite repeated follow-ups. I also attempted to find a reasonable compromise, but the property demonstrated very little willingness to communicate or offer assistance. While I appreciate that hotels have policies to follow, I believe responsive communication, professionalism and a willingness to work with customers when genuine issues arise are fundamental aspects of good hospitality. Unfortunately, my experience left me with a very negative impression of the property's customer service. I would encourage prospective guests to independently verify the hotel's location and ensure it meets their needs before booking. Based on my experience, I would choose alternative accommodation in the future.
