The parking lot is a bit far but it’s convenient and very well organized by Alessandro. You don’t even have to take a ticket. They place itself was cute, clean and quaint with all amenities. We would definitely come back

The best B&B that we have experienced. The room has an indoor sauna, rain showers, wine cooler, small kitchenette and ample of space. Host is very helpful on local food. Not far from the city center.

Compact but brilliantly designed — an unforgettable stay in Matera! La Residenza del Monaco Bianco exceeded all expectations. The room is compact yet incredibly well-designed, with thoughtful details and excellent functionality throughout. One of the most stylish stays of our entire trip. The check-in process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to clear and well-organized instructions provided in advance. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Sassi and major sights. Parking nearby is also easily accessible. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Matera. We will definitely be back!

Amazing! Alessandro at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant is beautiful and has a great Pizza. Rooms clean, nice and confortable. We will come again!

In Expedia shows as Hotel but it’s a nice residence without hotel Services. Room in general was fine (bed was really comfortable and shower was super). There were some problem with Wc table not stable and not enough privacy since the toilet is separated to the bedroom only by one glass door. Every night it was a smell of fire (even if you have the window closed) maybe from a pizzeria or bakery next to residence. We didnt find any spa. Italian breakfast it’s to another hotel near by. Cleaning staff was really nice, receptionist Not always present but you can reach it via WhatsApp.

Alessandro nos recebeu muito bem, muito simpático e prestativo. Quarto grande, bonito, bem moderno, mas não muito funcional. Localização excelente. O estacionamento é um pouco distante, cerca de 400m, o que fica um pouco desconfortável porque tem que deixar as malas na recepção e depois ir estacionar. Para o café da manhã Alessandro nos deu um voucher, que é num café bem próximo ao hotel, mas dá direito a um croissant e um capuccino, só.

とても綺麗で、素敵なレイアウト、インテリアで、ロケーションも最高でした。 車でアクセスもしやすく、かつ、旧市街もすぐそこ、近くに良いレストランもいっぱいです。 チェックインは心配していましたが、ほとんどの時間はフロントに人がいて、荷物も手伝ってくれます(エレベーターもあります！) 早朝の出発でしたが、鍵をおいて、近くのカフェで朝食もでき、全く問題ありませんでした。 ホテル前の駐車スペースはいっぱいでしたが、荷物を下ろして、近くの公共駐車場に停めにいきました。広い駐車場で場所もわかりやすかったです。 WhatsApp 、を使っていないとコミュニケーションが少し取りにくいしれません(私たちは使っていません)、その点だけのマイナスです。 次回マテーラに行くことがあったら、ここにまた泊まりたいです❣️ お世話になりました！ 本当にありがとうございました！
