Don't be put off by the look of the building as the inside is very nice and well maintained. We booked a double room and actually were given a family room, therefore the room was very spacious. It was also very clean with shampoo, conditioner, flannel, sewing kit etc. Very impressed with the complimentary hamper including water, chocolate, crisps and biscuits. Lovely hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel was very quiet whilst I was there but I believe that was due to some guests isolating on upper floors. The food menu was very limited with not much choice and there was no where else nearby to eat. However that said the food that was available was very good.

Nice hotel with nice staff that go out of their way to look after you.

Always good staying here. Towels, shampoo and soap all provided. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Well stocked bar. Staff generally leave you be, but always plenty around. You'll do well staying here.

Great hotel alwats love coming here. Changed alot since COVID, clean rooms, sanitiser stations everywhere and excellent parking. I will be back!

Stayed here a few times now when a concert is on and it is fabulous. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely & clean. Room service is great. Overall a fab experience every time.

Lovely place to stay. Very central for shopping, train & bus station. Staff were really good, friendly & pleasant. Unfortunately house keeping weren’t on the ball. Dishes left in the dishwasher from previous occupants, black mark in the wall & a torn bath towel in the shower room. This isn’t a cheap budget hotel, I expected a lot better.

Attended an event at the hotel and then stayed the night. Room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice in the bar and not silly prices. Breakfast was excellent, as were the views.

A basic business stay.

Recently built so in excellent condition. Staff very friendly, helpful and always available although the restaurant was closed as it was Christmas day, but the menu looked good. Nice atmosphere in the public areas and the room was a really good size with excellent lighting. Overall I was very happy with this hotel.

Good food friendly staff we had a good time.

We visited Norwood Hall the week before our son's wedding. The receptionist was very helpful and asked if we would like to see the wedding reception area and ballroom. We were impressed at the ambience and the standard of décor . Following the visit I had to phone a couple of times to confirm early check in was available and to ask for a cot to be put in the junior suite. The receptionist was so polite and helpful.
