"Amazing view and stay"

"Beautiful renovated modern property right on a lovely beach. Room was great. Great restaurant. Only complaint is they list as Expedia VIP but they didn’t honor it when I arrived. They argued about it and tried to charge $800 per night more for the upgrade which is free to VIP members. Even the manager did not understand it. They shouldn’t be on the program if they do not honor it. I would return."

"You can see the ocean, but not the beach, however amazing sunsets. Steps to the beach. We had an amazing 2 bedroom with very large balcony. Area has tons of great restaurants within walking distance, and great shops. Good area to stay. Place is a little dated and our stone shower basin was kinda crumbling and small rocks would collect at the drain. And our towel bar would fall off occassionaly. Very quiet at night and even during the day despite being off South Coast Hwy. there are also spots with live music nearby. Best of all you can go have a coffee and sit on a bench at the steps of the beach in the morning - very peaceful and amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. I’d definitely stay again, just hope they’d make some upgrades. Oh and parking is including for guests. "

"Clean room"

"Stay was great. Loved the house and outdoor area. I left a “kindness stone” to the left of the chaises. I do this wherever I go. Maybe it’s a msg someone needs to hear. The driveway was too steep for me to use so we just parallel parked in front of driveway. I must say the climb down to Thousand Steps beach was easy peasy but coming up…ugh. Overall we loved it.
