"Check in person was excellent. Our room was not yet ready when we arrived. She patiently looked for accommodation options to try to provide us an upper level room. She held our luggage while we enjoyed the pool, and when our room was ready - she upgraded us to an Executive Suite! Whole stay was awesome. The pool, locker room, and pool staff were also exceptional. "

"Basically very clean and comfortable rooms with good beds. TV selection channels somewhat limited but adequate Continental. Breakfast good overall although again somewhat limited. Maid service was excellent."

"Beautiful renovated modern property right on a lovely beach. Room was great. Great restaurant. Only complaint is they list as Expedia VIP but they didn’t honor it when I arrived. They argued about it and tried to charge $800 per night more for the upgrade which is free to VIP members. Even the manager did not understand it. They shouldn’t be on the program if they do not honor it. I would return."

"We had a lovely stay on 5/8 and appreciated so much the wonderful room they gave my wife and I. It was our 2nd time going away for the night with no kids in a year and the hotel and staff were just perfect!"

"You can see the ocean, but not the beach, however amazing sunsets. Steps to the beach. We had an amazing 2 bedroom with very large balcony. Area has tons of great restaurants within walking distance, and great shops. Good area to stay. Place is a little dated and our stone shower basin was kinda crumbling and small rocks would collect at the drain. And our towel bar would fall off occassionaly. Very quiet at night and even during the day despite being off South Coast Hwy. there are also spots with live music nearby. Best of all you can go have a coffee and sit on a bench at the steps of the beach in the morning - very peaceful and amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. I’d definitely stay again, just hope they’d make some upgrades. Oh and parking is including for guests. "
