Quiet and cozy two bedroom condo in the gated community of Ritz Pointe. The kitchen has been updated with new stainless steel appliances,tile flooring and granite countertops, all kitchen cooking utensils are provided,including a Keurig 2.0 coffee maker. The gated community has a pool and three spas, one of which has amazing ocean views. The bedrooms feature a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the guest. Both feature brand new mattresses and large walk-in closets. The living room has a flat panel television above the gas fireplace and ample seating and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a separate dining room with seating for 6\. This unit is fully stocked with towels, beach chairs and other beach gear. the large wrap around patio is perfect for BBQ's. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo is conveniently located between San Diego and Los Angeles. Disneyland, LEGOLAND and Knott's Berry Farm are within a 25 minute drive. With Dana point Harbor 10 minutes south and Laguna beach 10 minutes to the north, this location is ideal. The unit was the most well-stocked rental that we've ever been to - all spices, olive oil, waters, coffee, first aid kit, tons of towels for beach and shower, extra sheets/blankets/pillows. It is in a quiet gated community near Salt Creek and Monarch Beaches - the walk is about 25 minutes each way along thru the community and private path and golf course. This area is a great location because you can get to Laguna, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano within 5-15 minutes, Newport within 35, San Diego in about 70 minutes and Temecula wine country 90 minutes. We definitely would stay again - even for a shorter visit because of its location to so many nice areas of California. ##### Donna R. Everything was immaculate and in great shape. The refrigerator had some water and other refreshments as well as condiments. The cupboards were nicely stocked with about anything you could need while we were there. You could tell the owners went out of their way to make sure - everything was included. There was a ton of beach equipment and resources to enjoy the area to the fullest. There are plenty of extra pillows, linens and other supplies to handle all of our needs - and then some. One of the big upsides was the owners were very accessible and accommodating. They went out of their way to take care of us before, during and after our stay. It is a short drive to a beautiful beach park called Salt Creek. Be sure to start your stay with a free trolley ride around the city of Dana Point, which you can catch at a nearby shopping center.
