"The mattress was filthy and stained. The toilet lid did not fit correctly, the bathroom light above mirror did not work. The tv had major problems.Outdated room and not like the pictures that are posted. The exterior was clean but our window needed to be replaced, it had a film on it. Bed spread had stains.It was not worth the price I had paid and probably will never stay there again.The staff was very nice but thats about it."

"My wife and I got to spend a few days with our son before he went off to study abroad and this home worked out perfectly. The home was in a nice neighborhood and not too far away from Boston. We were close to stores and restaurants and even used the grill on the deck. This made spending a few needed days smooth and easy. The home was very clean and spacious and we appreciated the use of the driveway and garage as we had to organize his dorm into my truck. I would definitely stay here again when we visit our son at BC."

Still waiting for the manager to credit our account 9 day later? $17 per day to park in the garage, there is no other parking options."
