  • La Ginestra apartment is located on the second floor without a lift. Large, fresh and spacious, recently renovated. Located adjacent to the Pieve in the ancient estate of the Counts of Panico, inside a farm with farm animals, cultivated fields and vineyards with own production of natural wine.
    The place is perfect to escape the heat of the city taking refuge in the quiet hill overlooking the Reno Valley and the beginning of the Bolognese Apennines, a territory linking Emilia Romagna and Tuscany, rich in history and culture. The Borgo is 20 km from Bologna, 80 km from Florence and 35 km from the beneficial thermal waters of Porretta Terme. The road connections can be different: the ancient via Porrettana, the A1 motorway from Sasso Marconi, the via dei Colli Bolognesi. Convenient train connections with Bologna, Porretta Terme and Pistoia from Lama di Reno station, about 1.5 km from the apartment.

    The Piccolo Paradiso swimming pool and riding center in Sasso Marconi is easily accessible.
