"No problems with this hotel at all! Clean and modern in style. Staff were friendly and provided some great places nearby. The restaurant attached to hotel was delicious. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Inner Harbor which makes it an ideal location. Would definitely stay again. "

"I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location was another big advantage, being right in downtown made it easy to access nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions without much travel. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay that I would consider again."

"I have an additional $300 that was charged immediately to my card and I had to inquire about it the next day. Their explanation? New employee. They didn’t think to reach out to me and offer to reverse it. I had to ask for it to be reversed. I’m still waiting for the $100 hold to drop off as well. Now on the rooms: the “upgrade” to a suite was not so much an upgrade. I got put on a corner right in front of a 24/7 LED billboard and on one of the noisiest corners in Baltimore. I heard everyone and everything at all hours. They didn’t have sound proof windows it’s curtains which would’ve helped. I found silver hair in my bathroom. Luckily I travel with Lysol, but that was just nasty. The floors were sticky so I wore socks the whole time. The room smelled like maple syrup which is not synonymous with cleaning products. I was there for a quick work trip and expected better."

"Staff were very helpful, the lobby is historic and impressive, and the rooms are spacious. The property also seems tired (including the shower that at first glance didn't look clean but upon further inspection was just really old and walls are often scuffed), elevators are slow, and there was a loud and pretty inconsiderate convention that was being hosted - lots of public intoxication. Staff are in a tough spot with this and no one wants to be a killjoy, but I hope they can consider standards of conduct and how to enforce them - I saw one conference attendee vomit in the lobby and another said something sexually inappropriate to me."

"I really enjoyed this hotel, the location is great, it’s connected to two great restaurants the breakfast menu choices were great. It’s in walking distance to everything this will always be my first choice when staying at the harbor."

"Corner suite was huge with gorgeous views, staff always helpful, rooftop restaurant bar stunning and with delicious food and well crafted drinks."

"The valet was not there when I arrived so I had to find my own parking which was ridiculously expensive. The front desk were cordial but not friendly. Good selection for breakfast but they did not specify there was ham cooked in the eggs and my vegetarian son found out the hard way. The location was great, but I'd shop around before staying here again."

"The room didn't feel completely cleaned. I had to wipe down table cause it felt sticky. I think it might have been soda or something. Made the towel have brown marks. Also the flooring was bad. It was coming undone. Tripped over it a couple times, amd the chair leather covering was coming apart. Leaving debris on myself and on the floor. Not really any plastic utensils, limited refreshment choice. Also only off street parking that you need to pay at meter. Would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. Overall, wouldn't go back. We left as soon as I woke up on our leave date. About 7:45am even though check out was 11am."
