"Clean room, nice staff"

"The place was not cleaned beforehand. It looked like someone was sleeping in the bed before I got there. The sheets were not changed and had blood stains on them. They had to call someone to come clean the place while I was still staying because no cleaning was done before I arrived. There was leftover food on the stove. The cleaners took the comforter and did not replace it. Overall, terrible experience."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel room was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the photos online. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there was noise all night. Staff were unhelpful when I brought up concerns, and overall the experience was not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here."

"Everything was excellent—we had a great stay and would absolutely return. The only minor issue was that the mattresses felt a bit worn and slightly saggy and could use an update. There’s no on-site parking, but the parking garage is less than a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which was still very convenient."
