Offering a seaside and a garden side, several terraces, a large garden planted with trees and a parking space, it combines comfort, modern amenities and a dream location. Entirely managed by the Cocoonr Marseille agency, it guarantees top-quality living. House layout First floor \- A private parking space at the entrance to the house \- Two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and opening onto a garden area adorned with a magnificent mimosa. \- One bathroom \- Separate WC Second floor \- Large, bright living area with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge \- Two terraces accessible from the living area: A west-facing terrace facing the sea, to enjoy the sunsets A garden-side terrace, for a peaceful morning. How to get here From downtown Marseille : \- Quick access by car (approx. 15 minutes) or by public transport: \- Metro Line 2 (Rond-Point du Prado station) then bus connection. From Rond-Point du Prado, take bus line 19 towards “La Madrague de Montredon” and get off at the Vieille Chapelle stop, just a few minutes' walk from the house. \- From Gare Saint-Charles: Metro line 1 direction “La Fourragère” to Castellane, then change to Metro line 2 direction “Sainte-Marguerite Dromel” to Rond-Point du Prado, then bus 19 (see above). \- By cab or car: about 20 minutes depending on traffic. \- From Marseille Provence airport: Airport shuttle to Gare Saint-Charles (approx. 25 minutes), then metro/bus connections as above. \- By car or cab: approx. 30 minutes. Fantastic views from the windows and balconies, a spacious roof terrace from which we watched a beautiful sunset every evening. The beach is very convenient and fast to reach, also all the necessary shops are nearby. Furniture, dishes, bed linen - everything is new and nice.
