The view is indeed incredible, keep in mind that is what you’re paying for. The rooms are just ok and very small. It says on this site that they’re soundproofed, that’s not true. You can hear noise from outside and both nights I stayed there I could hear chairs scraping from like 1-2 am (I don’t know whether it was cleaning staff or what?) The last night the heat was on in my room despite it being a hot day. I asked the front desk why it was on and apparently someone else on my floor had requested heat and they have to switch the system over for the entire floor. They turned it off but it was uncomfortably hot the rest of the night. I don’t like it too cold either but it was a warm day and seemed a little ridiculous to blast the heat and assume everyone would be ok with it. I voiced these concerns upon checkout and the front desk staff clearly could not have cared less.
