Notre appartement de 38 m², situé rue Jean Roque au 4e étage sans ascenseur d'un immeuble marseillais, se compose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte sur une pièce à vivre avec table à manger et un beau coin salon. L'espace nuit se compose d'une chambre avec lit double et des rangements. La salle d'eau dispose d'une douche, d'un meuble vasque et de WC intégrés. Idéalement situé à 4 min à pied du métro et à 5 min du Vieux-Port et du Cours Julien. Un parking payant (Indigo Marseille Charles De Gaulle) est à 5 min à pied. Restaurants, cafés et commerces à proximité.  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.  
  
Pour confirmer votre réservation un dépôt de garantie doit être effectué via une pré-autorisation sur votre carte bancaire. Ce montant ne sera ni bloqué, ni débité et n'affecte pas le plafond de votre carte bancaire.

Vous pourrez visiter à pied les musées (Mucem, le musée Cantini juste à côté, le Palais du Pharo), découvrir les marchés aux couleurs méditerranéennes et les belles plages. Vous trouverez à proximité de notre logement sur le Cours Julien (5 min à pied) de nombreux restaurants et bars pour partager des bons moments et de nombreux commerces pour vos achats ou faire vos courses.
