Celle-ci avait déjà été signalée par l'enteprise de ménage, sans effet apparemment. Sans parler des carreaux cassés (certes il y a du double vitrage et cela n'est pas gênant en terme de confort thermique), il y a un arbuste partiellement tombé sur la table située au dehors, le nécessaire n'a pas été fait non plus. L'agence Julie est injoignable au téléphone, il faut passer par la messagerie sur le site d'Abritel et ils ne nous ont apporté aucune aide, ne répondant que pour répéter les points concernant les prestations figurants sur l'annonce. Nous nous sommes sentis seuls et très mal accuellis. En résumé, la maison est très mal entretenue, et l'agence ne fait pas son travail.
