Notre logement de 60 m² est situé Boulevard d'Athènes au rez-de-chaussée sécurisé d'un immeuble ancien refait à neuf. Le logement est équipé de la climatisation, idéal pour travailler ou se détendre. À moins de 2 min à pied de la gare TGV Marseille Saint-Charles, tramway et métro, et à 10 min à pied du Vieux-Port. Entièrement rénové en 2024 par un architecte d'intérieur, il comprend une cuisine équipée ouverte sur un salon avec canapé convertible et coin dîner. Deux chambres avec lit double et rangements. Deux salle de bain avec douche, vasque et deux WC. Localisation idéale proche des transports, de la gare Saint-Charles et du quartier Longchamp. Restaurants, commerces et cafés à proximité.  
  
Afin de vous offrir le meilleur accueil, nous fournissons le linge de lit pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, y compris les draps, les couvertures, tapis de bain et une serviette de bain par personne. Torchons non inclus. De plus, des kits de bienvenue sont à votre disposition dès votre arrivée, contenant des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, liquide vaisselle et une éponge.

Le Boulevard Longchamp, qui propose une vie nocturne et culturelle dynamique, est à 5 min à pied de l'appartement.
