"Painful trying to go through the onerous checks and booking process. Communication with property managers I found painful, I want simplicity not to be given the third degree over small details. No visitors for a property that large is ridiculous. There was no alcohol consumed but we would have liked to be able to invite a close friend over who was nearby. This was sadly against the rules. "I stayed here with my husband and toy cavoodles while we evacuated our flood prone house and waited out Cyclone Alfred. Steve was amazing at helping out and accommodating our needs and his communication was fast and excellent. The house was super clean, comfortable and safe. It held up very well and met all our needs.
