Our place is 10 minutes to Logan Hospital and Logan Central Plaza. Easy access to the M1 and Logan Motorway — ideal for travelling to Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Short drive to Griffith University Logan Campus and Loganlea Train Station. The home is fully equipped with everything you need — a modern kitchen, bright open-plan lounge, and a private outdoor area to relax after a day out. 🏡 Property Highlights This home a duplex unit (Unit B) — completely private inside, with your own entrance and garage. Driveway is shared with the neighbouring unit ( (Duplex A), which is also rented out for short-term stays. Both bedrooms feature comfy queen beds, plus there’s a double sofa bed in the living room for extra guests and can be set up by request. (Additional Guests: The home comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Up to 2 extra guests can stay using the sofa bed for an additional $50 per person per night (maximum 6 guests total. You will need to place an request for sofa bed to be made) Air conditioning in Living room and one of the bedroom. The other bedroom has a ceiling fan. Spacious open-plan living and dining area with a double sofa bed for extra guests. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for home-cooked meals. Private patio area ideal for morning coffee or relaxing evenings. Dedicated laundry facilities with a washing machine in unit for long stays. Guests have exclusive access to Unit B, including the entire interior, private entrance, seperate single garage, and seperate fenced off backyard. The driveway is shared with the neighbouring unit (A), but all living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces are completely separate. Each duplex has its own fenced backyard, ensuring privacy for both homes. Self check-in is available for your convenience. We’re available through the VRBO inbox for any questions or assistance during your stay — we respond quickly! For urgent matters or emergencies, you can call us directly. Otherwise, we respect your privacy and let you enjoy the space. 👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
