The neighbor will call either me, our local security patrol, or the police if the noise is excessive after 10 PM. We had issues with guests using our house for parties before and Airbnb has helped us to install a noise monitor (For more info please search MINUT online) in our outdoor area. It is camera-free and simply monitors sound levels in the area. It does not listen in on conversations or capture any data. This device is fully integrated with AIRBNB and when excessive noise (over 80 dBs) is detected during our quiet hour (10 pm - 8 am second day), an alarm will be sent off to you through Airbnb to remind you to keep the noise down and move your activities inside our home. If the noise persists, I will try to contact you first and resolve any issues with you. If I cannot reach you or the noise persists after our call, the local safety patrol or police will be informed and further actions will be taken. —----------------------------------------------------- CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS —----------------------------------------------------- Check-in instructions will be available to you automatically no later than 1 day before your stay. This ensures our cleaners have ample time to prepare the home for the next guests. Unfortunately, we will not accommodate late check-out requests on the day of your departure. Complimentary supplies include 1 set of bed linens for each bed, 2 towels per double/queen/king bed, 1 towel per single/sofa bed, 1 tea towel, coffee, tea, and sugar, 2 toilet rolls per toilet, 1 bath mat, 2 hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body wash per bathroom. Our kitchen also comes stocked with a few cooking essentials. These supplies are intended to help you settle in without needing to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. They are not meant to last for the entire duration of your stay. If you require extra supplies, please arrange this with us before your stay to avoid delivery costs.
