"Hotel room needed some work. Bathroom was dated with stained and peeling wallpaper, hall and stairs carpet needed to be vacuumed. Actual room was okay, excluding the bathroom. "

"Well stocked kitchen. Very spacious, a lot of space.When we arrived the side door was unlocked. House numbers not well seen from road- making it hard to find at night. Hot tub did not get very warm. Some of the carpets were stained/dirty- likely from previous pets that stayed. "

"Beautiful views and great amenities for a relaxing week! Owners were incredibly quick to respond to any question. Although we could’ve had plenty to do at the cabin all week, the neighborhood also has lots of trails and backs up to additional trails through the Southeastern Trust for Parks and Land. The 4 teens in the group enjoyed the courts and activities down at the community center. The ladies there were super helpful with area recommendations too. For additional adventure I recommend Navitat zip tours and the Rocky Fork state park. "

The locals are welcoming and appreciative to see tourist. Way beyond 5 stars. Will definitely be going to stay again. "

"Our stay was Perfect! Everything was clean and exactly what we wanted. Great location. Fabulous hikes nearby. Hot tub and grill were amazing after long hikes. Nice kitchen for fixing meals. Fast communication. We would stay here again if in the area. "

"A few disappointments with the property. Unable to use the hot tub as it was not clean and had a terrible smell. Cleaner did arrive to fix however we could not use as it took days to reheat and it still was not healthy to go in. The dishwasher had a terrible smell and was left with water inside that obviously had not drained properly from previous use? Made the whole unit smell. The main bathroom sink does not drain properly either. The accommodation was ice cold when we arrived, not welcoming and ready feeling. Garbage can outside was over filled with garbage bags. Not a great overall impression of the place. On a good note, host contacted us back quickly when we arrived. The house is very nicely decorated and has comfortable beds & good quality bedding for a good night’s sleep. "
